Mission

Our mission is to engage everyone with in corporate business organizations, faith base communities, as well as our learning institutions through hazard recognition, behavior base safety, real life testimonies, training and development to have one goal in mind, “Safety “is our way to work and Live, this is not an option.

Sharli K. Adair graduated from Hamilton High School in 1982 where she served as the President of the Waterford Theatrical Guild, she sang in the Concert, Swing & Gospel Choir and she was the 1st Runner up in the “Ms. Hamilton Pageant 1982″. In 1982 Dr. Adair was awarded a full music scholarship to University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.  She went on to attend South West Community College, Crichton College-B.S. Organizational Management. She graduated from Columbia Southern University with a B.S Degree in Occupational Safety & Health She obtained a master’s degree in Occupation Safety & Health and finally a PHD in Health Care Administration. Dr. Adair is certified through the National Association of Safety Professionals as a Certified Safety Manager, and Safety Auditor. She is also Certified Heart Saver Instructor through the American Heart Association.

Dr. Sharli Adair is the CEO and Owner of LIVE LIFE (L&L) Safety Training & Consulting ensuring that all Employees, Faith base communities s, and Students in all educational settings attend work, church, and school daily and return home safely. Her passion and desires are to empower all to worship, work and attend school in a safe environment. It is the goal of Live Life to empower employers to build a safety culture as a priority, and certainly a core value in the workplace, as well as educate on how to survive during an unfortunate act or event. Dr. Adair is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, a proud mother-in-law, and the loving grandmother of two amazing grandsons. Dr. Adair served for 20 plus years as Regional Youth Director for the International Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop Paul S. Morton, now Bishop Joseph Walker III.  In her spare time Dr. Adair is a gospel stage play writer & producer. She’s written & produced four gospel stage productions “Let It Be Real” “He That Finds a Wife Finds a Good Thing”, “In Spirit and in Truth” and “I Know Who I AM. Dr. Adair is a firm believer that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord. She encourages everyone to remain positive regardless of the situation.  Her Motto is “always put your best foot forward, do your absolute best in achieving your short and long-term goals. Whatever you do not stop, keep it moving.” L& L specializes in the following:
